  Do not go here!! I bought a defective iPhone 8 plus and they didn't want to swap it within my 14 days which is my right!! Gerardo and Josue are Horrible!! I'm on the phone with customer care now this is just ridiculous.

  The staff at this store is completely unprofessional. I was the only customer in there and the employees were all speaking so loudly and laughing with each other I could hardly hear the associate speak to me. They were yelling about the schedule and talking about slurpees loudly. The manager, Nic, is completely unprofessional and has no idea what he is talking about. They offered no solution whatsoever to my issue and basically shrugged and rolled their eyes, all the while playing on their own devices in front of me (2nd day in a row this happened). T-Mobile should invest in better qualified personnel to work in customer service. Awful and I would not recommend T-Mobile based on my experiences at this store, alone.
