  First walked into the store just to look, wound up getting a couch, a TV and blue-ray surround. First problem we encountered: we picked out a 3D LED TV that they couldn't figure or how to turn on the 3D so they offered a bigger PLASMA TV, i think it may have been miss marked, that's when i should have known this whole deal would be a hassle. Then at check out they tried to sign us up for something we already said no to and when we caught it the guy was kinda rude about it. 3rd issue: they messed up the couch during delivery (i understand the door was small but, come on) now one side is all loose and is difficult to recline, they said they'd send sometime to check it out and never did. Also during delivery they brought a dvd player/surround that was not the right one and said it was a "loaner"cause they couldn't find the speaker wires for the one we ordered. A week later they told us to cone switch the loaner for the right one and when we got to the store to switch, not only were the wires still not there but neither was the player or speakers... Luckly a blue ray surround came in as we were just about to leave with the same "loaner", except the remote was missing. The ONLY positive aspect of this experience was the one rent free week. Which by the way was just a deal they were having at the time of our purchase and not to make up for everything..
