  The place was a mess and basicly everthing was in the wrong place.You couldn't even hear the man behind the register.We thought he said the vest we were returning was only worth 99 cents.Worst experience I have ever had with old navy.

  Nothing earthmoving about this shopping experience. I will say this one seemed to be a little poorly managed. They waited until there were at least 20 folk in line before they opened up another register. But it's Old Navy and discount clothing. I wouldn't expect much more.
