  After receiving a coupon on the recipient I was told I didn't have to have it as long as I took a picture of it just to get there and have them tell me it's better to have the receipt because the picture doesn't scan. So needless to say I didn't get to use it. They shouldn't tell people to take a picture then unless that's their scam to not give you the coupon in the first place. How unprofessional.

  Poor customer service very poor tryed to purchase some shoes and the cashier tall guy was to busy talking to a customer in front of me in line laughing being goofy and talking about their personal life instead of trying keep the line moving yet alone it was closing time I just left the store they lost me as a customer went to finish line instead you'll lost customer should always be 1 priority
